Child Care Tax Credit

NOTE: The following tax credits are offered in Colorado. Please consult with a tax professional for details.

Child Care Contribution Credit:
A state income tax credit for donations made to qualifying organizations that increase the quality and availability of child care in Colorado.

Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit:
A state income tax credit for donations to organizations involved in improving economically distressed areas (called "Enterprise Zones") through job creation and preservation, and assistance programs for homeless persons.
